Gaining FIFA 14 Ultimate Team Coins at No Virtual Cost
If you’ve been trying to gain heaps of FIFA 14 Ultimate Team coins without spending any virtual cash, you’ve got some options to try.
How about you challenge the Team of the Week as a start? Taking on the TOTW each week will get you coins based on which difficulty setting you pick. If you go on the easiest, you’ll get 150 coins, but if you go with the most difficult, you’ll have 1000. But that’s not even all there is to it. You might also get coins just by playing, not to mention the skill bonus coins, so you may just end up with 1,500 overall.
A good method is beginning to play on the hardest difficulty against the TOTW, then you work your way down. You wouldn’t want to begin from the easiest and go up to the hardest because when you beat the TOTW, you won’t get your next chance until next Wednesday which is when the EA would release the new squad.
Another thing you can do is to level up, then unlock the EASFC Catalogue items under the Ultimate Team tab. Start with the main menu, then the Catalogue (under Settings) and then the Ultimate Team tab in which some handy gems will be found. You may purchase FUT 14 coin reward items with the use of virtual FIFA XP points that you receive from being on the game and also from unlocking the achievements. Find those items with a stack of coins as the header image; on the right side of the screen, you will have information on what it will do in-game. It’s usually bonus coins which are given to you after you have played around ten to fifteen games.
Playing one match after another is also a good technique. You probably know this already, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t really do it. Try to play as many matches as you can and don’t worry too much about everything, except player fitness perhaps. If you do so, you’ll end up collecting plenty of coins which you may not notice until such time that you stop.
By playing tournaments and season, you’ll also very quickly load up on those coins. When you win, you won’t only get coins as a reward but also pride. It’s pretty much the same as divisions. Getting a promotion or being able to clinch the title gives great returns. Online season or single-player season, those coins are going to pile up rather fast.
Also try searching auction rooms to buy and sell players that will give a nice profit. Player prices vary every now and then, and even with TOTS cards released, prices can still be affected significantly.
